A guides day off for me, into some off the scales short line fly fishing in Rotorua with Mark Gibb. A real privilege to get on quality water and experience an unforgettable morning of action. Fish over the last few weeks have had a lot pf pressure in the lower river reaches, So accessing water where the fish have had 7-10 days break was resulted in hungry fish. On top just after rain the fish were active on the chew. Average size of fish for the day around 6lb....enjoy!!
